Ashish Manchharam

Ashish was born into real estate, and has become an influential leader in the Singapore property market, with first-hand involvement in some of Singapore’s most significant renovation projects to date. He established a successful career with JLL in Singapore and Hong Kong, advising on over US$10 billion of real estate transactions, and some of the largest deals in Asia. In 2014, Ashish followed his passion for conservation property by building 8M Real Estate, with a vision of injecting new life in gentrifying locations such as Amoy Street and Keong Saik Road. The portfolio now houses some of the most notable independent establishments such as Employees Only, Luke’s Oyster Bar & Chophouse, The Other Roof and The Coconut Club to name a few. The business has more recently expanded their expertise into the Accommodation space, with the launch of Base Residences, Ann Siang House and KēSa House in the past two years.
