Lu Ding Ji is started by childhood friends, Nicole and Kayne. Kayne, a self-taught chef who started cooking at 16 often tries out new recipes in his free time. To make the dishes interesting, he takes inspiration from Taiwanese food and experiments to give it a familiar, local taste. With that, Lu Ding Ji was born. Today, Kayne has proven success with his recreated dishes such as the Crispy Chanwanmushi and the XL Fried Chicken.
